The phone in my room was dysfunctional, leading to frustration. Attempts to rectify the phone issues resulted in no assistance, as calls to the front desk went unanswered. Additionally, after being locked out twice due to phone issues, I found myself needing to obtain new key cards multiple times—definitely an inconvenience.

Checking in was quick and easy. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. My room had comfy beds that made for a restful night. The air conditioning worked well, which was a relief given the warm weather. I appreciated that there’s a gas station right next door for convenience. However, there were some concerning aspects. A strong aroma of curry lingered in the lobby, and my room had a rather strong scent of a cleaner that was overpowering. I noticed some signs of aging in the hotel, including cigarette burns on the bedding. Also, there’s no elevator for the second floor. It didn’t greatly bother me, but for some, it might be an issue. Watching out for the yellow post near the lobby overhang is important, as I accidentally bumped into one while backing up my car. There’s room for improvement, but for a budget stay, it met basic needs.
